Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund your credit card (shipping charges are not refundable).

To return or exchange an item to FINEROCK, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact our customer service at wecare@finerock.com stating that you want to return or exchange a product.


2. To qualify for a refund, all returned merchandise must:
o be in original condition
o have the original packing slip and sales receipt
o include all the original packing (including gift box), certificate (if any), instructions, and warranty materials
o, be accompanied by a note indicating your preference as to whether you would like a replacement or just credit for the return.


3. Send your returns via insured delivery service to:

It is recommended that all returned merchandise should be delivered via the same method used in the original shipment. We also advise that the item be insured for its full value. FINEROCK is not responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit.


4. After receiving and inspecting the merchandise, we will either ship a replacement or will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price less original shipping. We cannot refund your original shipping charges or charges to ship the item back to us. The returned merchandise will be credited to the original payment method used by you while placing the order. Shipping charges will be refunded only if we have sent the wrong item or the item is defective.
