Shipping, Returns & Warranty
Finerock offers free and insured shipping within the USA continent, to your doorstep!
We usually deliver your order within 2 to 3 weeks of payment. If you need a faster delivery, you may contact us at wecare@finerock.com.
You can return jewelry to Finerock within 30 days of receipt as long as it is in the original condition. We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund the full money depending on the customer’s preference. Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
You can initiate a return by contacting us. Finerock ships all jewelry in a secure box, so we recommend you don’t accept the delivery if the parcel is damaged.
Contact our customer service at wecare@finerock.com, stating that you wish to exchange or return a product. Make sure the product is in original condition, includes certification and all other packaging material that came with the order, and has the packing slip, and make sure you specify if you’d like a replacement or just credit for the return. Please read our return policy for more information.
